The Genesis: Artograf was born out of a desire to break away from the mass-produced, repetitive trends of fast fashion. As artists and creators, we looked around and saw a rich, centuries-old legacy of Tamil history, architecture, and fine art that was missing from modern wardrobes. We wanted to bridge that gap taking the intricate depth of historical icons like the Chola Dynasty, ancient temple motifs, and classical paintings, and translating them into high-end, heavy-weight streetwear silhouettes. Where It Is Made: Every single piece is conceptualized with artistic intent and crafted from our independent studio in Tiruppur. We control the process from the ground uputilizing premium 240 GSM bio-washed fabrics and first-quality yarns to ensure that our garments feel as exceptional as the stories they tell.
